Service Description
Welcome to Pilates with a twist—and a squeeze, and a roll! Today, we’re not just toning those gorgeous muscles; we’re bringing out the big (massage) balls. Oh yes, darling, get ready to roll, knead, and release all that tension you’ve been pretending you don’t have. We’ll start with a few classic Pilates moves to wake up that sleepy core—planks, leg lifts, the whole sexy shebang. And just when you’re starting to think, “I’ve got this,”—bam!—out come the balls. We’ll sneak them under your glutes, shoulders, even those little spots you didn’t know needed attention (spoiler: they do). Prepare for a few “oohs,” a lot of “aaahs,” and maybe the occasional “what fresh hell is this?” as we roll out every knot and cranky muscle fiber. Your body will hate it… right up until it starts begging for more. By the end, you’ll be a glorious, stretched-out, slightly wobbly vision of yourself, floating out of class like the sassy Pilates god(dess) you were always meant to be. Balls and all.
